Noel Devine attended North Fort Myers High School, where he rushed for 1,092 yards and averaged 9 yards per carry. During Noel Devine's sophomore season, he recorded a 1,667 yards and 23 TDs on 143 carries for an 11.7 average per carry. Noel Devine in his a junior years rushed for 1,934 yards and 24 touchdowns on 173 carries 11.5 yards per carry. And in Noel Devine senior year, he averaged 2,735 yards and 47 touchdowns. Noel Devine also plays In the U.S. Army All-American game. Noel Devine recorded an all-time leader in rushing yards for Lee County.
